This weeks workout plan.

Wednesday.

River Run - 6am.
Fitness evaluation. (or lack of ) 10.30am
Weights - evening.

Thursday
Cardio program - evening

Friday
Cardio program - evening

Saturday
Bootcamp - 6am.
Weights program - mid morning

Sunday - rest day!
Just a walk

Monday
River Run 6am
Weights - 6.00pm
Monday meeting

Tuesday
Cardio - evening.

If I get time I will add in an aerobics class. And maybe pilates. Not sure where - but somewhere!

Told you it was intense!
