AM - Crazy boxer


Saturday
AM - Group activity. Circuit
Day - Weights - crazy boxer. Cardio (maybe)

Sunday
REST

Monday
AM - river Run
Day - weights (crazy boxer) and cardio (crazy boxer)

Tuesday
(TAFE recommences)
PM - cardio - crazy boxer
