One week gone.

Eleven to go.

Did I make the most of it?

My food was excellent. I really think it was.

I tracked everything.

I went hard on the runs.

I did my weights and cardio.



But only eleven weeks to go.
77 days.

This week I am going to make my cardio count more.

And up all my weights.

77 days to go.
